2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 When you register as an installer or provide information for us to invite you as an installer:We may collect the following categories of personal information: your account type, system-generated unique code, registration application submission time, your real name, email address (used for login and receiving notifications), your region, and your country. In addition, to verify your professional qualifications, we also collect the electrician certificate image you upload.
2.2 When you register as a dealer or provide information for us to invite you as a dealer, we collect account details and company details. Account details include contact name, email address, and login password (you may set a weak password, but we recommend changing it promptly after your first login). Company details include full company name, company tax number, region, country, and detailed company address.
2.3 Installer device management:We collect information on the number of installed devices you manage, in order to track and manage your installation progress.
2.4 Installer data dashboard: We collect and display your tier and points information to evaluate your cooperation performance and determine your eligibility for incentive programs.
2.5 Training Center:When you use the Training Center features, we record your course viewing history, course learning status (e.g., not started, in progress, or completed), training completion certificates you have obtained, quiz history, and each quiz score and result.
2.6 Virtual Power Plant (VPP): When you apply to participate in a VPP project, we collect your name, affiliated company name, email address, country, and contact phone number.
2.7 Automatically collected information: In addition to information you actively provide, we may also automatically collect, through cookies and log files, your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, access time and page views, device information, and more.
3. How We Collect Your Personal Information
We collect your personal information through the following means: information you actively provide, including when registering an account, filling out forms, submitting qualification documents, enrolling in training, applying for VPP projects, etc.; usage information automatically collected through technologies such as cookies and log files; if you log in through a third-party social account, we may obtain your public information from that third party; and information obtained during interactions such as customer service inquiries, feedback, and complaint handling.
4. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes: processing your registration application and maintaining your account; verifying your identity and electrician qualifications (where applicable); managing business cooperation and project coordination with you; tracking and managing the number and progress of your installations; recording your learning progress, quiz results, and certificate issuance; processing your VPP project application and participation management; sending you service notifications, updates, and security alerts; complying with applicable laws and lawful government requests; conducting data analysis and research to improve platform features; and detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

- Analyze usage of the Services.
